Well, we were just reading about someone else's Gabriel Ash greenhouse and we thought we would drop you a line to say how pleased we still are with it! It fits in with its surroundings so well, has coloured beautifully and is very functional. We completed the 'picture' with an antique tile floor and the whole structure looks as though it has been there for 'ever'. It still amazes us how well it went together - we used to think of IKEA being the best at accurate design and manufacture but you are just as good, speaking strictly from an engineering point of view, both of you being of exemplary quality.

I just need to tell you how gorgeous my new greenhouse looks – far better than I could have ever envisaged. It is a thing of great style and beauty and just totally desirable. Just as wonderful as the finished product, was the treatment we had by your delivery man, and by the installation team. The delivery man was so careful and pleasant when delivering the greenhouse, and a very interesting man. As for the installation team, it was like watching a choreographed ballet – every move rehearsed, each performer knowing exactly his part in the whole production. We took delivery of a ‘Six’ on Friday, and spent Saturday and Sunday erecting it: A total of less than 10 hours including many coffee stops to get warm and read the next section of the instructions. It was a real pleasure to do; everything fitted together beautifully with plenty of the correct screws for the job. The job satisfaction at 3 pm on Sunday, when the job was complete, was immense. You were right. When I told you I couldn’t knock a nail in straight you asked could I use a screwdriver and assured me it was the only skill required to erect one of your greenhouses. I have recently purchased a greenhouse from your company, and felt I had to write and let you know without exception, how satisfied I was with the service I received from your staff. Approximately five months ago I decided to look for a wooden greenhouse. After going on to the Internet and finding your website, I contacted Gabriel Ash by telephone. After discussing what my requirements were, I was advised and assisted throughout the whole process. No matter how detailed the questions were, there was never a problem that could not be overcome as far as your staff were concerned. After Dealing with the public myself for 45 years, I am more than aware of the difficulties that can arise, and my philosophy is, that the standard of service you receive is only as good as the person you are dealing with. On installation, again nothing was ever a problem for them, and they went out of their way, to make sure that everything was right, in a very professional manner. I would like to make them aware that I appreciated al l the help that they gave me. It is also nice for them to receive some recognition from time to time. You certainly have very capable and competent staff. Now that my greenhouse is erected, I am looking forward to many years of enjoyment from it.

I’m not normally the type of person who writes letters (or e-mails) to companies to thank them for their product – I guess I assume that it should be good anyway. However, having received and now assembled my 8’x6’ greenhouse, I have no problem in making an exception. I never thought assembling a greenhouse from fabricated parts and an instruction booklet would be therapeutic, but it was! I also spent most of the time saying to myself, my wife and anyone else who would listen, not only how well made and what good quality the materials were but also how well-engineered everything was. In particular, the accuracy of the joinery was superb and the combination of modern techniques with traditional materials was both innovative and well-judged.
Thank you to all those in your company who have designed and constructed the greenhouse with such thought and, clearly, a great deal of care and thank you for the overall service your company has provided.

Here are some pics of our greenhouse in use. We are THRILLED with it - it is now commonly known as my "palace". This weekend we had a garden party and had lots of very admiring comments about how beautiful the greenhouse is.
I had an old greenhouse for 30 years but this one is no comparison - the door opens so easily and the ventilation system is excellent. we also have appreciated how nice a firm you have been to deal with.
