Natural materials like timber may experience shrinkage, cracks, or knots over time, which are all normal and part of its charm.
• Life Happens: Our guarantee doesn't cover damage caused by accidents, improper storage, or failure to follow our care instructions.
• Acts of Nature: We do our best to create products that stand the test of time, but extreme weather conditions like heavy rain or strong winds fall outside the scope of our guarantee.
